PSALM 116
116:1 I love that the Lord should hear my voice and my supplications.
116:2 Because He hath inclined His ear unto me, therefore will I call upon Him all my days.
116:3 The cords of death compassed me, and the straits of the nether-world got hold upon me; I found trouble and sorrow.
116:4 But I called upon the name of the Lord: 'I beseech thee, O the Lord, deliver my soul.'
116:5 Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is compassionate.
116:6 the Lord preserveth the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me.
116:7 Return, O my soul, unto Thy rest; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee.
116:8 For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from stumbling.
116:9 I shall walk before the Lord in the lands of the living.

Thanksgiving

Yes, the many things I have to be thankful for....home, family, health, wealth. Why then do I feel so sad??? There is more to life than this.

Jesus died for us

Trying not to loose that feeeling

Faith....

Faith is measured according to God's saying "You will know them by their fruits"(Matt. 7:16).

The life of faith is linked with peace, tranquillity and lack offear, for when you become afraid, then the Lord will say to you"O you of little faith, why did you doubt?" (Matt. 14:31).

Believers live in peace, happiness and satisfaction with all that God grants them. The life of faith does not believe anything is impossible for theLord, who said, "All things are possible to him who believes"(Mark 9:23). The believer does not fear in times of distress, but believes wholeheartedly that God will provide.

First Love

He was my first true love. Then I am 19 and thought I wanted to move on to move on to new things. Left, went on to new things. He wanted me back. Said no. I have a new life. Funny how things change. Woke up one day and missed him so much. Wanted him back. Too late, he has moved on to new things. Strange how you always want the things you can not have. I am 21, we did see each other. He was not willing to trust again. He was committed though and not willing to hurt another. Still friends though. Secretly still carried the feelings for him. I know he knew. No words needed. Saw him at 30. Talked and laughed. Saw him at 40. Talked and laughed some more. Then it happened. He died in that terrible accident. There would never be a chance to share again. I miss his smile. We were not meant to be. I cry when I think of him. Right now.

Another boring day

Get up go to work, come home, eat, watch tv, mess around on the computer, go to bed. Get up, go to work, come home, eat dinner, watch news, compter, go to bed. You get the picture.
