Storm Front

Charles Lindberg,
A hero?....Not hardly.
Jimmy Carter, Ronald Regan, George Bush, Bill Clinton, George Bush;
What's the difference?
Hamas, Palestine, Israel;
Is there any hope?
Hostages in Iraq;
Religion of peace...NOT!
Nuclear Weapons, Iran, North Korea;
Now that is progress...Right?
One Nation under God,
Really, One Universe under God.
Most do not see it.
Although, He sees it.

New vs. Old

New year, new day, new life, new house. All new.
Good Old Days, fun times.
Can't forget the past,
Look forward to the future.
Everything we do effects another.
One moment makes a difference;
What if I did not move here?
How many lives would be different?
It is overwhelming to think about.
Is it God's will??
Did I choose the right path?
Lord reveal it to me...Please.

Thoughts for today

It is easy to believe that we are at the end of the line when it is really the beginning. One more step, one more effort may be all that is needed. It may amaze us how close we are to overcoming, just when we were so close to quitting.

Some would say it is too late-that too much has happened, we cannot go back and recapture what was lost. We have destroyed too much, bent the twig too far. Yes, it is true in some things. It is true that we have hurt and been hurt. We can't go back, but the spiritual basis on which we stand can lift us up. Sometimes we have to sift our own lives to see what is worth saving, and then we find the Great Spirit made us. What He made is good and we should not let it go to waste. It is the time to turn over a new leaf to rediscover our Divine connections.

Rambling thoughts

Boring tonight, watching CSI. Glad tomorrow is Friday. Need to relax. Maybe I should go to Aruba. No not there, bad place, maybe the Caymen islands, Warm weather, walk on the beach. Ahhh...sounds good. Maybe later.
Rambling away.....how boring I am. Don't care. I enjoy being boring. Don't want too much excitement.
I am sooooo boring that I can not think of anything to write.
Good night SEX

Dark...yet Bright

Sometimes life doesn't seem fair.
One minute things are rolling along smoothly,
and then SCREEECH....you skid to a stop.

I believe that these sudden bumps and skids
Are God's way of forcing you to deeply focus
On your life, your family, priorities, and what's important.

We are suddenly reminded that He has a purpose for us all,
And we strive to discover what the purpose is.
Sometimes he reveals the "Big Picture."
Other times, just a tiny piece of the puzzle,
Causing fear, frustration, and uncertainty.

But trust in him, really trust in him,
This will bring you peace, joy, & hope.
Hope for the future.
Hope for the present.
Hope to understand why....

He loves you, He will never leave you.
No matter what, no matter when.
Believe in Him, as if your life depends on it,
Because it does.

Dedication

I dedicate this blog to those who believe and even more to those who do not.

Who reads this stuff anyhow?

Apparently...no one.
Guess it could make one feel lonely. Oh well, who cares. Does me good to write down my thoughts, ideas, prayers, loneliness, frustrations, ect. So, don't read my blog. I do not really mind. I'll just keep writing when the mood strikes me. If you (who is not bothering to read my blog) don't hear from me, probably means I am preoccupied with the day-to-day stuff. Why do I waste my time you ask?
1)Nothing better to do
2)Writing is therapy
3)lonely days, lonely nights
4)Just maybe someone will read it
Thanks for not taking the time to read my thoughts.

God Bless
