Dark...yet Bright

Sometimes life doesn't seem fair.
One minute things are rolling along smoothly,
and then SCREEECH....you skid to a stop.

I believe that these sudden bumps and skids
Are God's way of forcing you to deeply focus
On your life, your family, priorities, and what's important.

We are suddenly reminded that He has a purpose for us all,
And we strive to discover what the purpose is.
Sometimes he reveals the "Big Picture."
Other times, just a tiny piece of the puzzle,
Causing fear, frustration, and uncertainty.

But trust in him, really trust in him,
This will bring you peace, joy, & hope.
Hope for the future.
Hope for the present.
Hope to understand why....

He loves you, He will never leave you.
No matter what, no matter when.
Believe in Him, as if your life depends on it,
Because it does.
